Anthem's Sydney Health mobile app was the only health plan mobile app rated Excellent in Corporate Insight’s recent competitive research report on Mobile App Design and Navigation.
The survey noted that Sydney Health:
Reviewers said the app offers strong overall design and navigation capabilities with useful help resources. They noted that Sydney Health centralizes content with icons for Home, Claims, Find Care, Pharmacy and More. A More menu embedded in the tabbed navigation allows members to find useful but non-essential content without clunky slide-out menus. Reviewers also said that universal access to the Sydney chat function helps members find what they need.
