We’re pleased to announce that we’ve renewed our contract agreement with Heritage Provider Network (“HPN”).
On July 3, 2025, we advised your clients that Heritage Provider Network (HPN) would no longer be part of the Anthem Blue Cross HMO Network effective September 1, 2025, and they would be assigned to an alternate medical group.
Since that announcement, Anthem and HPN reached an agreement. As a result, HPN will remain in the commercial Anthem HMO network. The agreement ensures continued access to care for Anthem members for years to come. Members will receive a new letter with this information in the coming days. Your clients have been advised if they enrolled with a new medical group after receiving the initial letter and wish to reenroll with HPN or another medical group, they can contact Anthem using the customer service number, 1-844-971-0117, or the member services number on their current ID card.
